Simple and easy to prepare!
Ingredients (for 4 persons):
Cut the vegetables into small pieces or strips. Heat the oil in a pan and grill the vegetables. Meanwhile, fry the meat and cut the red onion roughly. Mix the vegetables with the meat.
Toast the pitas in a toaster or bake them in the oven. Cut the pitas open and put a layer of Tzatziki in it. Then, put some gyros meat and grilled vegetables over it. Scoop some extra Tzatziki on top and garnish with red onion.
